and disable any anti spam software and service (especially
AOL). Q: The

Q: The game is too slow. A: Please try these video settings.

When I launch the game, it
says "Can't read texture / model".
A: Please uninstall and reinstall the game. Q: I don't have a credit card. Are there other methods of payment? A: Another payment method is PayPal. Q: I purchased the game. Do I have to download anything? Am I going to
receive CD? A: The games are sharewares. You don't have to download
anything.
Just enter your registration code into the demo version, then the game will be
full version.
We will not ship CD. Q: When I try to login,
the message "Please activate your code" appears.

A: Please make sure that you launch the right edition (Basic/Online/Pro) Q: How do I save & load games? A: You can save World Tour and Exhibition only.
Save & load are available before a toss. Q: When I try to login, it says "Already logged". A: If you failed to logout properly, you have to wait 15 minutes to login
again. Q: I cannot join online games. A: For most of the cases, you cannot join because of the host.
